1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
At Braswell's Plumbing & Heating, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with our service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right. We stand behind our workmanship and want to ensure every customer is satisfied with the results.
2. Diagnostic Fee
Our service call fee covers the diagnosis of your water heater or plumbing issue. This fee is non-refundable, as it compensates our technician's time and expertise in identifying the problem, even if you choose not to proceed with repairs.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a small cancellation fee to cover our technician's time.
4. Warranty and Guarantees
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service. If the same issue recurs within that period, we will return to repair it at no additional cost. Parts and equipment may be covered by manufacturer warranties, which vary by product.
5. Refund Requests
To request a refund or discuss service concerns, please contact our office within 48 hours of service completion. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
