We stand behind our workmanship with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right. Parts and equipment may be covered by manufacturer warranties.

Braswell's Plumbing & Heating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We take care to avoid damage, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by underlying issues.
